Return and Cancellations

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION

At MIKO, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact

- Items must not have been worn, used, or altered in any way

- You can choose to return or exchange the item within 48 hours of delivery, this will require the bill of purchase 

RETURN

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages.

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@miko-studio.com to initiate the return process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange

3. Ship the item back to us at the following address: D 215, Ansa Industrial Estate, Saki Vihar, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072. Additionally add a note with the reason for return for clarity within the box.

4. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days

To ensure smooth resolution, please follow the below steps:

  1. Unboxing Video: For our records and to facilitate the process, please share an unboxing video showing that the product was received damaged. The video should clearly capture:
    • The condition of the package upon arrival.
    • The unboxing process, including the damaged item and its packaging.
    • A close-up of the damaged area.
  2. Additional Proof: In addition to the video, please include clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging, particularly any external damage to the box.
  3. Retain Packaging: Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item intact.

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges for products only when there is a sizing issue. Products can be exchanged only once. 

1. Contact our customer service team at orders@miko-studio.com to initiate the exchange process

2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange

3. Ship the item back to us at the following address: D 215, Ansa Industrial Estate, Saki Vihar, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072. 

Once the piece is sent back, a barcode will be generated in place of a credit note.

  1. The barcode is valid for 6 months and cannot be used beyond the valid time period. 
  2. Products purchased with credit notes or received through exchange are not eligible for further exchanges or returns.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's how we handle cancellations:

- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, and we will issue a full refund.

- After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email orders@miko-studio.com, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.

- Cancellation Fees: We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation, in the original payment method.

To avoid any issues in sizing, please refer to our size chart mentioned next to each product on the website.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to:

- Inventory availability

- Product discontinuation

- Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
